Terms & Conditions — Indratogel Platform Agreement

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute the entire agreement between you ("the Player", "User", or "you") and Indratogel ("the Company", "we", "us", or "our") regarding your access to and use of the Indratogel online gaming platform accessible at indratogel.cam ("the Platform").

Indratogel is an online gaming platform operating under international licensing and providing services to players in Malaysia and other permitted jurisdictions. The Platform offers sports betting, live casino games, slot games, lottery products, and related gaming services, all denominated in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR) unless otherwise specified.

By accessing, registering on, or using any part of the Platform, you confirm that you have read, understood, and unconditionally agree to be bound by these Terms, our Privacy Policy, and our Responsible Gambling Policy, all of which are incorporated herein by reference.

For the purposes of these Terms, the following definitions apply:

To register and maintain an Account on the Indratogel Platform, you must satisfy all of the following eligibility requirements at all times:

• You are at least 21 years of age. Indratogel strictly enforces a minimum age of 21 for all casino and betting activities. Any Account found to be registered by a person under 21 will be immediately suspended, all funds will be held pending investigation, and winnings may be forfeited.
• You are acting on your own behalf and not on behalf of any third party.
• You are a natural person, not a corporation, trust, or other legal entity.
• You are not a resident of or located in any jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited by law.
• You are not a current employee, contractor, director, or close family member of an employee or contractor of Indratogel.
• You have not previously been excluded from the Platform by Indratogel or requested self-exclusion that remains in effect.
• You have full legal capacity to enter into a binding agreement under the laws of your jurisdiction.

Registration of an Account on the Indratogel Platform is subject to the following conditions:

• One Account Per Player: Each individual may hold only one registered Account. Opening multiple accounts ("multi-accounting") is strictly prohibited and will result in permanent suspension of all associated accounts and forfeiture of any balances therein.
• Accurate Information: You must provide true, accurate, current, and complete information during the registration process and maintain the accuracy of that information at all times. Submission of false or misleading information constitutes a material breach of these Terms.
• Username and Password: You are responsible for selecting a secure password and for keeping your login credentials confidential. Indratogel will not be liable for any losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate security.
• Account Ownership: Accounts are non-transferable. You may not sell, transfer, or assign your Account or any rights associated with it to any other person.
• Notification of Unauthorised Access: You must notify Indratogel's support team immediately if you become aware of any unauthorised use of your Account credentials.

Indratogel reserves the right to decline any registration application at its sole discretion, without being obliged to provide a reason for such refusal.

All financial transactions on the Platform are conducted in Malaysian Ringgit (MYR). The following terms apply to all deposits and withdrawal requests:

5.1 Deposits. Indratogel supports deposits via FPX online banking (Maybank, CIMB, Public Bank, Hong Leong Bank), DuitNow instant transfers, Touch 'n Go eWallet, Boost, and GrabPay. Minimum deposit amounts and processing times are as specified on the Platform's deposit page and may be amended from time to time. Deposits funded by third parties are not permitted. All funds deposited into your Account must belong to you.

5.2 Withdrawals. Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the corresponding deposit, where technically feasible. Minimum and maximum withdrawal limits apply as specified on the Platform. Verified accounts may benefit from expedited processing times in accordance with the applicable VIP tier. Indratogel reserves the right to conduct enhanced due diligence on any withdrawal request prior to processing.

5.3 KYC Verification. Prior to processing a withdrawal, Indratogel may require you to complete full KYC verification, including submission of a government-issued identification document (MyKad, passport, or equivalent), proof of address, and proof of payment method. Failure to complete KYC verification within the specified timeframe will result in suspension of withdrawal processing.

5.4 Currency. All account balances, bets, and payouts are denominated in MYR. Indratogel does not charge currency conversion fees for MYR transactions. Any conversion fees applied by your bank or payment provider are your sole responsibility.

Indratogel offers various bonuses and promotional incentives from time to time. The following general terms apply to all promotions unless otherwise specified in the individual promotion's terms:

• All bonuses are subject to wagering requirements ("rollover") as specified in the relevant promotion terms. Wagering requirements must be met before any bonus-derived winnings may be withdrawn.
• Bonuses are valid for a limited period as stated in the promotion terms. Unused bonus funds and associated wagering requirements expire at the end of the validity period.
• Indratogel reserves the right to withdraw, modify, or cancel any promotion at its sole discretion at any time, with or without prior notice.
• Only one bonus may be claimed per promotion unless otherwise stated. Players found to be abusing promotions — including through multi-accounting, collusion, or any other means — will have their bonuses voided and may face Account suspension.
• Bonus funds are credited to a separate bonus balance and are not eligible for withdrawal until applicable wagering requirements are satisfied.
• Indratogel reserves the right to reclaim any bonus or bonus-derived winnings credited as a result of a technical error or system malfunction.
• VIP programme benefits, including cashback, tier bonuses, and personal account manager services, are subject to the separate VIP programme terms available on the Platform.

The following rules apply to all betting and gaming activity on the Indratogel Platform:

• Finality of Bets: Once placed and confirmed, bets cannot be cancelled or amended by the Player. All bet confirmations are final and binding.
• Insufficient Funds: Bets will only be accepted and processed where sufficient cleared funds are available in the Player's Account at the time of placement.
• Odds Changes: In the event of an odds change between a Player's bet request and the Platform's acceptance of that bet, the Player will be notified. Indratogel reserves the right to accept bets at the newly displayed odds or to return the stake to the Player's Account.
• Void Bets: Indratogel reserves the right to void any bet placed on an event that has been cancelled, abandoned, or affected by circumstances beyond reasonable control, including but not limited to force majeure events, match-fixing investigations, or data feed errors.
• Maximum Winnings: Maximum payout limits apply per bet type and per event as specified in the Platform's help section. Indratogel reserves the right to limit stakes for any Player at any time.
• Live Betting: In-play betting on Liga Super Malaysia, EPL, and other live markets is subject to additional rules relating to match status, streaming delays, and event verification. Indratogel is not liable for losses arising from decisions made based on unofficial or delayed match information.

The following activities are strictly prohibited on the Indratogel Platform. Engaging in any prohibited conduct will result in immediate Account suspension, forfeiture of balances and pending winnings, and may be reported to relevant authorities:

• Opening or operating multiple Accounts under any name, identity, or payment method.
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or any non-human mechanism to place bets or interact with the Platform.
• Arbitrage betting intended to exploit discrepancies across markets or platforms to guarantee profit.
• Collusion with other Players, including but not limited to coordinating bet placement, sharing account access, or manipulating game outcomes in multiplayer settings.
• Exploiting software errors, bugs, or system malfunctions for financial gain. Any winnings derived from a known error must be reported to Indratogel immediately.
• Any form of money laundering, fraud, or use of the Platform for illegal financial transactions.
• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information at any stage of the account lifecycle, including during registration, KYC, or withdrawal verification.
• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute any legitimate transaction processed by Indratogel.
• Using another person's account credentials or payment methods without explicit written authorisation.

All content on the Indratogel Platform — including but not limited to text, graphics, logos, icons, images, audio clips, software, and game content — is the property of Indratogel or its content providers and is protected by applicable intellectual property laws.

You are granted a limited, non-exclusive, non-transferable licence to access and use the Platform for personal, non-commercial gaming purposes only. This licence does not include the right to: reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works from, publicly display, or commercially exploit any Platform content; scrape, frame, or mirror any portion of the Platform; or use any automated data collection tools against the Platform.

Any unauthorised use of Platform content will result in immediate termination of your Account and may give rise to legal action.

To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, Indratogel shall not be liable for:

• Any loss of profits, revenue, data, goodwill, or opportunity arising from your use of or inability to use the Platform.
• Any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, regardless of the cause of action.
• Service interruptions, outages, or delays caused by technical failures, maintenance, third-party provider issues, or force majeure events.
• Losses arising from unauthorised access to your Account where you have failed to maintain adequate credential security.
• Any actions taken in reliance upon information provided on the Platform that subsequently proves to be inaccurate due to circumstances beyond our reasonable control.

Indratogel's total aggregate liability to you for any claim arising from these Terms or your use of the Platform shall not exceed the total net deposits made by you in the 12-month period preceding the relevant claim.

Indratogel collects, processes, and stores personal data in accordance with its Privacy Policy, which forms an integral part of these Terms. By accepting these Terms, you also consent to the data practices described in the Privacy Policy.

Key data practices include: collection of registration and KYC data for identity verification; transaction data for financial compliance; usage data for platform improvement; and communication data for customer support. Indratogel does not sell personal data to third parties. Data is retained for a minimum of five years in accordance with international gaming compliance requirements.

Indratogel is committed to promoting responsible gambling and takes its duty of care towards all Players seriously. The following responsible gambling provisions are integral to these Terms:

• Minimum Age: All Players must be 21 years of age or older. Indratogel will void any Account and return deposits (less any winnings) upon confirmation that a Player was under 21 at the time of registration or play.
• Deposit Limits: Players may set daily, weekly, or monthly deposit limits via their Account settings. Once set, deposit limits take immediate effect. Requests to increase a limit are subject to a mandatory 7-day cooling-off period.
• Session Limits: Players may configure maximum session duration limits. Indratogel will automatically log out the Player when the session limit is reached.
• Self-Exclusion: Players may request temporary or permanent self-exclusion at any time. A temporary self-exclusion takes effect immediately and cannot be reversed for the minimum specified period. Permanent self-exclusion is irrevocable.
• Reality Checks: Players may enable periodic on-screen reminders displaying session duration and net session result.

13.1 By Indratogel. Indratogel reserves the right to suspend, restrict, or permanently close any Account at its sole discretion, including where: (a) the Player has breached these Terms; (b) the Player is suspected of fraud, collusion, or prohibited conduct; (c) the Player is under investigation by a competent authority; or (d) maintaining the Account would expose Indratogel to regulatory, reputational, or legal risk. In cases of proven breach, any Account balance may be forfeited.

13.2 By the Player. You may close your Account at any time by contacting the Indratogel support team via live chat or email. Prior to closure, any pending bets will be settled in accordance with the normal process, and any positive balance (subject to KYC clearance) will be returned to you via your registered payment method within a reasonable timeframe.

13.3 Dormant Accounts. An Account that has had no login activity for a period of 12 consecutive months will be classified as dormant. Indratogel may deduct a monthly administrative fee from dormant Account balances as specified in the Platform's fee schedule. Indratogel will make reasonable efforts to contact the Account holder prior to applying dormancy fees.

Indratogel reserves the right to amend these Terms at any time. Material changes will be communicated to registered Players via email notification and/or a prominent notice on the Platform at least 7 days prior to the effective date of the change, except where immediate amendment is required to comply with applicable law or regulatory direction.

Your continued use of the Platform after the effective date of any amendment constitutes your acceptance of the revised Terms. If you do not agree to the revised Terms, you must cease using the Platform and contact us to close your Account.

The current version of these Terms, including the effective date, is always accessible at indratogel.cam/terms-conditions. We recommend that you review these Terms periodically.

These Terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with internationally recognised principles of online gaming law applicable to the Platform's licensing jurisdiction. Nothing in these Terms affects mandatory consumer protection rights you may hold under the laws of Malaysia.

Dispute Resolution. In the event of any dispute arising from or related to these Terms or your use of the Platform, you should first contact Indratogel's customer support team to seek resolution informally. Indratogel will endeavour to resolve all disputes within 10 business days of a formal written complaint being submitted.

If a dispute cannot be resolved through informal channels, either party may seek resolution through binding arbitration in accordance with the applicable rules of the licensing jurisdiction's gaming authority. Players in Malaysia retain the right to seek recourse through Malaysian consumer tribunals for matters within the jurisdiction of those bodies.
